Full Stack Software Developer
This Software Developer position is responsible for working closely with development and support staff to advance Pivot Point’s suite of software solutions.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Perform reviews of solution design and code
- Design, develop and unit test applications
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to solve challenging technical problems
- Experience with agile software development practices, continuous iteration, and client focused development
- Tier 2 client support
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years Software Development in three or more of the following languages: C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, Python
- Azure experience a plus
- Experience with at least one RDBMS
- Experience in GIS programming a plus
- Accuracy of work, attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to work from home with limited direction

Support & Implementation Specialist
The Support and Implementation Representative is responsible for interfacing with new and existing clients, standing up and supporting GIS and Pivot Point services and making sure that our clients are happy fans. We pride ourselves on being “partners” with our clients, and that starts with first-class support.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Tier 1 client support
- Client implementation, including training
- Update product documentation and videos
- Support development and testing efforts
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree education in GIS, geography or any of the geosciences, engineering, computer science, or planning
- Experience in GIS, assessing or another technical industry a plus
- Occasional travel when required.
- Available to support our clients 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work from home with limited direction
